I am using 500 gm of marinara mix. Fresh coriander, chinese wong bok cabbage, mushrooms, water, and tom yam paste and voila... nice big pot of soup! Serve with rice or crusty bread.. fantastic! Now some may not like mushrooms, I prefer mine with mushrooms, just add or omit what you don't like. Slurp slurp!!
