Fiery Tom Yam

It's a nice cold Winter's day for a hot and fiery Tom Yam soup, so I dug out my gift from Auntie Nancy. Woot Woot! Authentic Thai Tom Yam paste... Bless her heart, she gave me a big jar to take home ;)

I am using 500 gm of marinara mix. Fresh coriander, chinese wong bok cabbage, mushrooms, water, and tom yam paste and  voila... nice big pot of soup! Serve with rice or crusty bread.. fantastic! Now some may not like mushrooms, I prefer mine with mushrooms, just add or omit what you don't like. Slurp slurp!!
