Chilli Mussels

Hi all, it's a bit cooler today, no heatwave... phew! So I drag out the wok and stifried some's very easy.. tossed a bunch of mussels meat with garlic, chillies and lots of coriander and then add some beansprouts.. fantastic! Salt and pepper to taste.

I put a dash of Thai Fish sauce for that pungent aroma. You can find the fish sauce on any Chinese grocer or the Asian aisle in the Supermarket.. makes a lot of different to dishes.. it like you walked into a Thai Restaurant.. a nice aroma.. I luv it.
