Ingredients
- 2 Fresh pineapple (chopped and blended) I prefer Queensland Gold, very sweet!
- 2 cups of granulated sugar
- I cinnamon stick (Personal preference)
- I tablespoon cornstarch mixed in water (To thicken jam)
Method
- Put all ingredient in pan and cook till liquid is gone ( like a reduction)
- Leave to cool
- Store in sterile jar, can be kept for weeks, months in freezer till ready for jam tarts.

Hahaha yes, very tedious, stirring and stirring... LOL but end result jam tarts... will be very shiok! store ones not nice, dry, not buttery, or bland
