Bubur Kachang ala Kachang gal!


  • Soak the green beans over night before cooking, this will soften beans
  • Or boil the green bean with quart water and palm/brown sugar for hours till it's soften...
  • Add coconut milk when soften.
  • Soak sago ball with a little bit water till it expand.
  • Add the sago to the cooking, let it simmer to thicken soup.
  • Serve warm with a dollop of coconut cream! or cream or vanilla icecream!!!

Delicious dessert for winter , except that it is summer at the moment but I was craving it! Yummy!
